Sections

Scouting is a family, and traditionally there are five Sections in the Scout Group. Not all Groups have five Sections. Scouting has adapted to the changes in the world by the makeup of these Sections.

The Sections are made up of boys and girls aged between 6 and 26. Each of these Sections have Youth Program Leaders who are responsible for ensuring that Fundamentals of the Association and Sectional objectives are achieved. Youth Program Leaders assume different leadership roles for each Section based on the age of the youth members and their needs.
