Scout Guide Regatta Print E-mail

The 55th Scout Guide Regatta will be held at Snug on 10-12 March, 2018.  Encourage your youth members to participate.  Look for information in, MyScout , Branch Newsletters, the Scout and Guide web sites and Facebook.


To register additions to your troop/crew/unit please choose the correct Additional Entries form as there are now different fees depending on where you travel from:

 

Additional Entries form for southern groups

Additional Entries form for northern groups

Additional Entries form for groups from the north west

 

Remember that anyone over 18 camping (staying overnight) on the Regatta oval must have a Working with Vulnerable People Card. This is a legal requirement. Leaders, please record on your Additional Entries form the names of any adults camping with your group together with their WWVP card number and its expiry date. If you have already done this on the Registration form, or have sent this information with your paperwork for a previous Regatta, then there is no need to repeat it.

 

For Guide and Scout Leaders these details should already be with the relevant Association so it is not necessary to include them.

 

Rovers and Olaves, if there are adults over 18 not registered with the Scout or Guide Association camping with your group, you will still need to record this information.

 

You can add registrations until 2 March (there is a fee increase for registrations made between 24 Feb and 2 March.
